I'm so sad - Sci-Fi is cancelling Stargate: SG-1 =( This season I've gotten so into the show, its been great, I've even been watching old eps and have completely rethought my take on O'Neill - I actually like him! 
I guess I realize why they're wanting to take it out after this season. It's had great ratings, the show is still so popular and amazing, so why not take it out on a high note? I still think that it has a few more years that fans would remain loyal. I know Atlantis is gaining popularity, but I know, as a fan of Atlantis first, that its what drew me to SG-1. It could stick around for another year, yeah? 
Well anyway, what I'm getting at is if you're a fan of SG-1 or just understand how it is to lose such a great show, click on this banner and sign the Save SG-1 Petition.

This is my very first icon tutorial ever. Hopefully this explains the process well enough. Any questions feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer. This tutorial was set up for PaintShop Pro8 but can probably be adjusted for other programs.

I stayed up until 2:30am last night finishing up this video. I just couldn't quit until it was finished =P It's my second Stargate Atlantis video, this ones focus is all on one episode, Epiphany. The character focus is still mainly on John Sheppard. I know Joe Flanigan co-wrote Epiphany to give a little more insight on John Sheppard, which I think most people think it kinda fell short on, I don't think it quite captured any depth of Sheppard, but in ways I think it tackles the issue he has with caring for people. In Epiphany he falls for a girl only to have her ascend and leave him alone, just like many of the women do in his past. I think the episode also contains some very important moments with Teyla and Weir, both being very active in finding Sheppard (like Weir actually leaving Atlantis for once, bloody finally!). But yah, thats my take on it, and I hope the song and clips sorta capture that.
